您好，我今年27歲，是一名公務員，我和女朋友每月收入共計8000元。現有家庭積蓄35萬元，想在明年購買一套80平米左右的婚房，請專家幫忙規劃一下，推薦一些適合我購買的理財產品。此外 ，還想購買一些商業保險以備不時之需。

「從這名網友說的情況來看，應該屬於資產積累和收入都不錯的有資一族。」堵繼輝分析稱，男方是公務員福利待遇相對不錯，和女朋友的月收入共計8000元，現有儲蓄35萬元，已經算是有一定的經濟實力。
首先，根據青島市目前的房價來看，較好地段的 80平米房子，總金額大約在70萬元左右，我建議他可以採用公積金貸款方式，負債比例最好控制在家庭收入的35%以內，也就是每月還貸額在2800元以內。這樣可以首付30萬元，貸款40萬元，輕鬆實現買房步入新婚。
其次，他提到想要購買一定數額的商業保險，考慮到買房負債40萬元，該網友應該購買一款20年期限40萬元保額的定期壽險。另外建議其趁年輕保費低、收入尚可，購買適量的重大疾病保險，女士還應增加意外和壽險保障，總保費控制在家庭年收入的 10%～15%為宜。
